Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Solutions Manager at a law firm located in New York, NY. The Data Solutions Manager will be responsible for delivering data-driven solutions that meet the needs of clients, attorneys, and support staff and drive business growth. The right candidate will have hands-on experience with data warehouses, data transformation and modeling, reporting, and analytics. This candidate will also have experience working with business partners across multiple functions with a proven track record of successful outcomes.



Responsibilities

· Work with business partners to understand their goals and needs and recommend applications or data solutions that address their needs.

· Leverage data and reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness and improvements to be gained by implementing new solutions and processes.

· Assist in the design and development of data structures, data flows, data pipelines, and process workflows.

· Manage the process of defining and extracting the necessary datasets for a given solution or process.

· Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables and communicate project updates and risks.



Qualifications

· Experience with relational databases and data warehouse systems

· Experience creating reports or dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau

· Knowledge of T-SQL

· Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications

· Knowledge of ETL tools/frameworks a plus

· Experience defining scope and project plan and managing the timeline of a project

· Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in the legal industry preferred
