Resort Accommodations & Luxury Condominiums Full-Service SpaAdventure Center ConciergeOutdoor Heated Pool & Hot TubFull-Service Restaurant & BarFamily Arcade and Game Room24-Hour Fitness Center Position Summary: The Landscaper & Snow Removal Technician is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of the property to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment year-round. This includes landscaping, lawn care, irrigation maintenance, seasonal planting, and snow and ice removal. The position plays a key role in ensuring that the property presents a welcoming and well-kept appearance for guests, residents, and employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Maintain lawns, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and outdoor areas to ensure neat and healthy conditions.Mow, trim, edge, prune, weed, plant, mulch, and fertilize as needed.Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely and effectively.Inspect irrigation systems and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed.Assist with seasonal planting, leaf removal, and clean-up projects.Perform general outdoor maintenance including litter pickup, sweeping, and debris removal. Snow & Ice Removal (Seasonal) Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and entryways using shovels, snow blowers, plows, and other equipment.Apply salt, sand, or de-icing agents as needed to maintain safe walking and driving conditions.Remain on-call during snow events and respond promptly to changing weather conditions. General Responsibilities Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.Perform light maintenance or facility support tasks as assigned.Report any hazards, equipment issues, or property damage immediately.Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members.Assist other departments as needed to ensure overall property appearance and safety. Qualifications: Previous landscaping and/or snow removal experience preferred.Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment safely.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Schedule: Full-time, with seasonal flexibility.Early morning, weekend, or on-call shifts may be required during snow events or high-demand seasons. What are we looking for?
