  • Manage the daily functions of the business including operations and quality
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business
  • Drive efficiency, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintenance background with hands-on understanding of equipment and systems
  • Hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) / Allen Bradley
