Behavioral Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic programs with learners on their caseload.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to receive feedback from supervisors and change future behavior according to that feedback, and have experience working with individuals with Autism or Intellectual Disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Maintain positive relationships with team members and caregivers.
  • Escalate learner or family concerns to the supervising BCBA.
  • Complete direct intervention hours with learners, as assigned based on your availability.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism or I/DD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
