In this role, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the comprehensive management of healthcare needs.
This position provides a chance to work across diverse healthcare environments, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health care.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs accurately
- Assist in diagnostic procedures, including sonography and medical imaging
- Provide wound care and facilitate dressing changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and execute patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on effective healthcare practices and self-care methods
- Maintain precise medical records and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Support pain management strategies
- Perform essential medical tasks, such as phlebotomy and IV therapy
Essential Skills:
To thrive in this position, candidates should demonstrate the following abilities:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and human anatomy
- Proficient in medical documentation and record management
- Capability to safely lift and transport patients
- Experience with botulinum toxin treatment is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the relevant state
