CHAGEE is excited to expand to the US market, and this is your chance to be part of an exhilarating journey as we deliver the taste of authentic tea culture to America.What you'll do:Support the management of a fantastic teamEnsure the team is able to deliver high-quality and excellent customer service.Ensure the team is able to deliver consistent product quality.Make sure all store level operation tools are used and followed to operational standards.Support the training and management of all new store employees.Coach and correct Shift Leads & Charistas by conducting On-Job-Training (OJT).Plan the store schedule and assign team member to specific shifts and duties.Supervise and ensure upselling/suggestive selling is practiced at all times and ensure each order is served to standard.Handle customer feedback properly and coach team members on creating solutions and remedies.Responsible for store cash handling matters based on rules and regulations set forth by company.Stores Sales Performance: Support the creation and management of sales performance goals.Assist in marketing & promotional activities to attract top talent.Inventory Management: Ensure store inventory is arranged and managed properly.Forecast inventory usage and delivery.Benefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid training and sick timeEligible for discretionary bonus (determined by the management team based upon metrics and dependent upon continued employment at the time of payout)401k (5% company match)Eligible to enroll in benefits ( medical, vision, dental, life )Experience You Will Need:Love teaSupervision or Management experience in a F&B store environment: 1+ yearsPrevious Barista experience: 2+ years (preferred)Food Safety Certification (Company can assist)Have excellent communications and leadership skillsBe a fast learner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidaysAbility to travel to other store locations or training facilities within a 30 mile radiusWork well as part of a team with strong work ethicBe willing to learn other responsibilities and ad-hoc assignmentsBe available to participate in company’s training when necessaryAbility to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manualsEssential Physical Requirements:Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or departmentMay involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stoopingFrequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactionsFrequently lift/move up to 25lbsShift: Full-TimeDay ShiftNight ShiftWeekendsDon't miss out on this incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of CHAGEE's expansion into the US market.
