Temp Executive Assistant

Location: Pasadena, CA (On-site)

Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour

Duration: Temp-to-Hire


About the Role:

Our client, a manufacturing company in the renewable energy transportation sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their growing Pasadena office. This company is at the forefront of producing battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, with a mission to advance sustainable transportation.


This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Please note, this role requires an immediate start, and candidates currently in full-time positions will not be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and corporate staff.
  • Front Office Coordination: Act as the first point of contact, managing reception, greeting visitors, and directing calls.
  • Scheduling & Organization: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized, professional workspace.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, correspondence, and assist with presentations.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Plan and execute office events, as well as arrange team travel.
  • Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and property management for office maintenance and supply needs.
  • Special Projects: Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings.


Additional Information:

  • Location: On-site in Pasadena, CA. Candidates must be based locally and able to commute daily.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
  • Temp-to-Hire: Opportunity for a permanent role based on performance.
