New York, United States Revlon Full time

Join to apply for the VP, Strategic Initiatives Supply Chain role at Revlon Overview We’re looking for a powerhouse operator with a strategic mind and a bias for action. As Vice President, Strategic Initiatives – Supply Chain, you’ll be a senior leader responsible for managing a portfolio of programs and initiatives to drive our supply chain transformation. This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. You’ll bring sharp business acumen, a love of structured problem‑solving, and the finesse to lead cross‑functional efforts that turn strategy into reality. This is a hybrid role: employees are expected to work from our NYC office 3 days per week and may work remotely for the remaining days. Program & Project Leadership Drive end‑to‑end execution of strategic programs and projects within the business unit, from planning through delivery. Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Track progress, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure programs stay on track and on budget. Monitor risks, dependencies, and milestones—proactively resolving issues and escalating when needed. Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions, steering committees, and stakeholder updates. Supply Chain Transformation Leadership Lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Oversee a portfolio of supply chain programs focused on improving efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction. Partner with supply chain, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization. Ensure alignment of supply chain initiatives with broader business goals and transformation strategies. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across supply chain functions. Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to support successful adoption of supply chain transformation efforts. Cross‑Functional Leadership Coordinate with other teams and functions to ensure seamless execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives. Influence without authority to align diverse teams around shared goals, timelines, and outcomes. Build trusted relationships across the organization to drive collaboration, remove barriers, and accelerate decision‑making. Translate strategic priorities into integrated action plans that reflect the needs and inputs of multiple stakeholders. Business Planning & Operational Rhythm Own the business unit’s business planning calendar. Prepare executive‑level materials for business reviews, board meetings, and strategic offsites. Establish and maintain operating cadences that keep teams aligned and focused. Change Management & Communications Develop and execute change management strategies to support transformation efforts. Craft clear, compelling communications that drive understanding and engagement. Who You Are You’re a strategic operator with a knack for making the complex feel simple. You thrive in ambiguity, love connecting dots, and know how to get things done—without needing a big team behind you. You have the experience and credibility to lead these strategic projects based on your direct operational experience and project management /consultancy experience. A systems thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to manage the details. A trusted partner to senior leaders, with the executive presence to influence without authority. A natural project manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to everything you touch. A cross‑functional connector who builds bridges and drives alignment across diverse teams. Curious, resourceful, and energized by solving business problems. Obsessed with timelines, deliverables, and making things happen. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or consulting. Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Deep expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Strong business acumen and understanding of CPG dynamics. Experience with supply chain transformation and change management frameworks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent). Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
