Child Psychologist

Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Psychologist to join our team at Shepard Community Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an outpatient community-based psychologist position providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families at our IUHP Psychiatry East Washington location. This service is a partnership between IU Health Physicians - Psychiatry and the Shepherd Community Center which supports underprivileged families in the near east side of Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Diagnosis
- Complete comprehensive psychological assessments
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to create integrated care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
