This position requires California state bar admission and USPTO bar admission. Candidates will work effectively in a team‑oriented culture with professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly. Typical salary is $175,000–$230,000 base, with performance‑based incentive compensation potentially raising total compensation to $210,000–$275,000 annually.
