About th is role :

As an Endocrinologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance , stipend and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable
• You will practice at American Fork Clinic in American Fork, Utah and collaborate with the Utah Valley Endocrinology team
• You will work 4 days per week, 32 patient facing hours

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME accredited r esidency training in Endocrinology
• ABMS b oard certification or eligibility in Endocrinology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

American Fork Hospital is a 90 -bed acute care facility with over 200 physicians representing 30 specialties.
