Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing guests with an exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality. They develop and guide a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer‑centric culture. General Managers ensure outstanding guest and employee experiences. Essential Duties People Actively seek growth opportunities and assignments for team development. Communicate effectively and timely with all guests and team members. Take an active role in onboarding new team members. Serve as a subject matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes. Demonstrate Bojangles Cultural Principles in every interaction. Performance Maintain standards and take corrective action when standards are not met. Empower team members to deliver WOW guest service. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation. Engage and foster external community relationships to support recruitment, sales growth, and digital/catering initiatives. Profit Increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts. Understand the restaurant’s P&L results. Understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Participate actively in inventory management. Demonstrate and uphold all safety and security standards. Engage in all LTO activities through the LTO life cycle, including training and POP by deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of management experience. Minimum age 18. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50‑hour work week. Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset. Experience onboarding employees at all levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with cash handling and bank deposits. Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently and lift up to 25 lbs. 401(k) with matching, health insurance, paid time off, paid training, and vision insurance.
