We are a collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). In case a baby needs extra support after birth, our facility is staffed with board-certified neonatologists.

At NorthBay, we are dedicated to one purpose: providing the best care for mothers and babies, every step of the way.

NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley, and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options, Northern California offers residents a landscape for healthy active living.

Schedule: 5 - 7 shifts per month, shifts are 24 hours – on-site.

Census: 135 average births per month (split amongst two physicians).

Facility Information:

  • 154-bed hospital
  • 8-bed labor unit
  • 13-bed postpartum unit
  • 16-bed Level 3 NICU

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Perks:

  • Competitive Compensation Package: range is around $4,320 per 24-hour shift.
  • Sign-On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidates.
