Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Supply Chain to lead all facets of our global supply chain operations. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leading complex supply chains in a high-volume, multi-customer environment—balancing cost efficiency with exceptional service levels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, enabling scalable growth across a 40,000 plus SKU Portfolio. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team across planning, procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution. Seek the impossible. Drive to attain 100% fill rate to meet customer demand and improve customer service levels. Establish robust supplier relationships and risk mitigation strategies across a global supply base. Implement data-driven decision-making tools and technologies to improve visibility, forecasting, and responsiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Service and Operations to ensure alignment on demand planning and fulfillment goals. Ensure efficient and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely delivery of parts ordered by customers or Reiser personnel. Manage transportation operations and third-party logistics providers. Drive on-time delivery performance, cost efficiency, and more visible shipment tracking. Analyze and improve transportation routing, modes, and freight cost strategies. Maintain compliance with import/export regulations and internal quality standards. Optimize warehouse layout, inventory storage systems, and machine handling and storage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and real-time visibility through appropriate systems. Ensure safety and sustainability practices are embedded throughout the supply chain, in alignment with the Reiser Vision Statement and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with trade, environmental, and regulatory standards across all logistics and supply operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, preferably within a parts or distribution-heavy business. Proven success managing supply chains supporting $200M+ in revenue and large, diverse customer bases. Strong command of modern supply chain technology platforms. Demonstrated experience leading supply chain transformations or operational turnarounds. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
