We are committed to expanding opportunities for people in underrepresented communities.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Sr. Technical Director of Construction to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex projects across the Caribbean. This role requires a results-driven leader with deep expertise in MEP systems, high-rise/vertical construction, and federal or healthcare projects. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery, strategic vision, and strong leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight and direction for multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Lead design, construction, and commissioning activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.Manage project schedules, budgets, and claims, driving timely and cost-effective delivery.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and federal agencies, including State Department, DHS, or DoD projects.Mentor and guide project managers and technical staff to optimize performance and execution.Travel frequently to project sites across the Caribbean to ensure successful project oversight.Required QualificationsRegistered Professional Engineer in any country with the ability to obtain reciprocity in the Caribbean, primarily Jamaica and the United States Virgin Islands.B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.15+ years of combined design and construction experience in MEP systems.Proven expertise in construction management, scheduling, commissioning, and claims management.Strong leadership, written, and oral communication skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree (M.S. or M.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringExperience with high-rise/vertical construction and healthcare facilities preferred.BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life/AD&D, 401K, and paid time off in addition to great career growth opportunities.EEO and diversity statements are included in this posting.
