The Opportunity The Seattle office is seeking a corporate associate who has hands‑on exposure to one or more areas such as venture financings, M&A transactions, capital markets matters, or private equity deal work. The role includes advising clients at various stages of growth, including those in technology and life sciences industries, with the chance to serve as outside general counsel for emerging companies. Associates in this group receive meaningful client contact, negotiation responsibility, and involvement in strategic decision‑making.
