From strategy to execution, we provide comprehensive design services, brand integration, and FF&E procurement for new developments, renovations, and repositioning projects. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role as an Interior Designer located in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and executing design concepts for new developments, renovations, and repositioning projects. Responsibilities Space planning and design concept development for new developments, renovations, and repositioning projects. Creating construction drawings, specifications and coordinating with contractors. Selecting and sourcing FF&E to ensure alignment with project goals. Collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams to maintain cohesive results. Engaging with clients to integrate brand identity into design projects and deliver exceptional, functional spaces. Qualifications Proficiency in space planning and interior design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Experience in architecture and construction drawings to develop and execute design concepts effectively. Strong expertise in FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement for various spaces, ensuring alignment with project goals. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross‑functional teams and with clients. Proficiency in industry‑standard design software is highly preferred. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience in commercial or multi‑family design; knowledge of senior living or hospitality design is a plus.
