Oversee equipment testing, site inspections, and regulatory compliance. Mentor engineers and technicians. Manage projects, timelines, and budgets. 10–20% travel; rotational on‑call support. Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. 5+ years in industrial or utility power systems. Project leadership and technical oversight. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of codes and regulations. Preferred Qualifications PE license. Advanced power systems/machine theory. Regulatory compliance experience.
