AI Model Architect & Creative Developer (Technical Production Designer) This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid on-site contract role located in Cupertino, CA. Summary We are seeking a highly meticulous and versatile AI Model Architect & Creative Developer to join our Content Design team. This role combines design execution with AI/ML systems thinking, helping accelerate high-quality content production initiatives while ensuring safe, on‑brand, and scalable AI workflows. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in technical production design, AI, or creative technology roles Passion for AI‑driven content and creative production, with a strong foundation in agentic AI workflows, multi‑agent systems, and design systems Proficient in LLMs and generative AI models (text, image, audio), prompt engineering, scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Swift), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiar with retrieval/grounding pipelines, evaluation methodologies, and quality assurance for large‑scale content operations Skilled in collaborating with designers, writers, engineers, producers, and data scientists Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and optimize workflows for efficiency Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Detail‑oriented, systematic, and capable of creating clear documentation, SOPs, and playbooks Job Description In this role, you will architect and implement agentic and multi‑agent AI workflows, integrating with internal models, APIs, and approved tools. You’ll translate creative briefs into scalable AI‑assisted production processes, develop assistive agents for on‑brand content, and maintain evaluation and QA processes. You’ll partner with designers, writers, producers, engineers, and program managers to optimize workflows, monitor performance, enforce safety/approval gates, and ensure compliance with privacy, accessibility, and brand guidelines. This includes creating documentation, training internal teams, and supporting ongoing optimization of AI‑driven content production. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience Background in technical production design, creative technology, or AI‑driven content workflows Experience with agentic AI, multi‑agent systems, and content production automation Preferred: familiarity with Sketch, UI/UX principles, front‑end development, or creative coding tools Additional Requirements Hybrid onsite schedule in Cupertino, CA (Tues–Thu on‑site) Pay rate: $93.01 per hour Eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain tenure and hours requirements Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industry: Staffing and Recruiting Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
