Position Summary B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Mid-West Strategic Account Clinical Success Director who will build and sustain strong clinical relationships with key healthcare executives and leverage evidence-based solutions to drive customer success. Ideal candidates will reside in Chicago or Minneapolis. Job Function Develop and foster positive working relationships with key customers, including high-level clinical nurse leaders, such as CNOs, VPs, and DONs. Build strong clinical networks within healthcare and professional organizations to increase B. Braun’s presence in the markets served. Strategically partner with the Director of Health Care Systems to build long-term customer clinical relationships, demonstrate value, and ensure success. Engage in conversations with senior-level, C‑suite executives and articulate clinical evidence, outcomes, and research. Design, interpret, and communicate evidence-based outcomes, measures, and research, translating results into practice. Participate with multidisciplinary internal teams to improve operational effectiveness of the Clinical Services Team. Lead annual strategic corporate account clinical reviews, discussing SWOT and business plans for 1, 3, and 5-year horizons. Create new clinical value materials to improve team performance and customer satisfaction. Continuously innovate on customer support based on internal and external feedback. Analyze data and trends to set, modify, and execute on strategic clinical plans. Remain current on market trend information and competitive landscape. Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with allocated budgets and resources. Requirements Valid RN license. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 12 years of related clinical experience. Frequent business travel required. Previous management experience required. Compensation $135,000 - $175,000 base salary plus incentive compensation (salary varies by region). The range is a reasonable estimate and may be adjusted for geographic differential. Credentialing & Vaccination Requirements The role requires full compliance with healthcare customer vaccination and credentialing requirements, including COVID-19, influenza, and hepatitis B immunizations.
