The ideal candidate will have profound technical knowledge, aptitude for logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills. You will be responsible for designing and developing high‑quality automation software that meets business needs, building highly scalable microservices, event‑driven systems and real‑time streaming pipelines in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and design patternsStrategic thinking – identify a vision together with plans to meet the end goal, evaluating situations, decisions, and issues in the short, medium, and long termAnalytical thinking – simplify complex problems, processes, or projects into component parts, explore and evaluate them systematicallyCollaborate with various areas of the organization including business partners, product owners, architecture, security mavens, and IT engineering teams to understand business requirements and design specificationsConduct research on emerging technologies, design principles, and development frameworks to ensure software solutions remain current, fresh, and future‑proofProvide technical guidance in software design and development activitiesMentor junior members of the team to develop their technical skillsReview designs and code to ensure developers are building a scalable solution with at most qualityProvide recommendations for continuous improvementProvide technical leadership direction, determining and developing approaches to solutions by coordinating multiple resources to solve complex problemsImprove DevOps processes and push for automation as much as possibleDesign and implement complex software solutions for APIs, microservices, CI/CD, real‑time streaming pipelines, etc. on cloudQualifications12+ years of backend development experience, with 5+ years in Python and FastAPI (preferred)/Java/GoProven experience building serverless solutions like Azure function appsProven experience designing and deploying production‑grade systems on Azure (preferred) or GCPStrong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) databasesHands‑on experience with Kafka, message queues, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Octopus, etc.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in large enterprise environmentsFrontend application experience using frameworks such as React and Node.jsPreferred QualificationsExposure to security audits, distributed teams, and vendor collaborationStrong grasp of software engineering fundamentals—algorithms, data structures, and system designEducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Additional InformationNAReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at BETSOL by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
