Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the nurse manager, the registered nurse provides holistic, individualized patient care in response to emergent, identified needs. Additional functions will be performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and ENA standards in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

* Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
* Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
* Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas or compact license
* Associates degree required, BSN required within 24 months of hire
* Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
* 2+ years of Emergency Room experience required
* TNCC preferred
* CEN preferred

Medical City Fort Worth is a 350+ bed full-service Magnet Designated hospital. It is located in the heart of the medical district.
