The Y at the Piscataway Community Center, a state‑of‑the‑art facility that serves as the center of the community, is seeking a dynamic, dedicated leader. Job Description The Branch Executive Director, under the leadership of the VP of Operations, will direct the operation of the branch including membership, program, facility and community engagement, while ensuring the Y is a place for all and is delivering a robust, diverse portfolio of programs and services to the community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5‑8 years of YMCA branch executive experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive fiscal management experience with a proven track record in building and managing a budget. Ability to direct total operations through development and supervision of staff, oversight and direction in program development, and volunteer development. Experience developing community relationships and working with community partners. Ability to lead a large, diverse team. Ability to manage a complex building schedule. Previous experience in financial and board development. YMCA of the USA Multi‑Team or Organizational Leader certification preferred. Excellent communication skills.
