Research Oncology Nurse

About Us United Theranostics is expanding our outpatient clinical research program in Princeton, New Jersey, and we are looking for an experienced Oncology Research Nurse to join our team. You’ll support cutting‑edge theranostics research and play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships with referring providers. About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced oncology research nurse with at least 10 years of experience, including hands‑on involvement in First‑in‑Human (FIH) and early‑stage clinical trials. In this role, you will be a key clinical partner to our physicians, research team, and referring providers. Your work will strengthen clinical coordination, improve communication across teams, and ensure a high standard of care for patients participating in research. What you will do Support and oversee oncology research activities with a focus on early phase and FIH studies Coordinate patient visits, assessments, safety monitoring, and research documentation Work closely with investigators, clinical staff, and referring providers to ensure clear communication and timely updates Help reinforce strong relationships with external partners and clinics Maintain protocol adherence, accurate data collection, and inspection‑ready documentation Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the research team What we are looking for At least 10 years of experience as a lead oncology research nurse Direct experience with First‑in‑Human studies Strong clinical judgment and familiarity with early phase trial requirements Excellent communication and follow‑through A collaborative approach and the ability to work well across teams RN license in good standing Why join us This role has a direct impact on the success of our clinical research program.
