Responsible for performing clerical work involving legal records, compilation of data and preparation of reports in accordance with Jackson County policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive and route incoming calls for the entire Youth Court. Provide information to callers and maintain records of all incoming calls. Record messages and verify information as required. Route visitors, clients and witnesses to appropriate areas and any other general receptionist duties. Stamp and sort incoming mail. Issue work/school excuses. Input intake recommendations, documents and notices into the MYCIDs program. Perform other duties as assigned by the Youth Court Administrator or Judge.

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or its equivalent is required. Minimum of three (3) years experience in clerical or administrative field.
