Production Assistance:
- Support the production team in various tasks, including setting up equipment, coordinating schedules, and managing production supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and documentation.
- Help coordinate and manage on-set logistics, including coordinating with talent, crew, and other stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks related to production, such as tracking project progress and maintaining production schedules.
Office Management:
- Assist with daily office operations, including basic administrative tasks including but not limited to; managing emails, scheduling meetings, and acting as a front desk receptionist.
- Help with office supply management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
- Support the team with document management, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Organize and maintain office space to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Candidate must be available to work from our office space in SoHo 2 days a week (10am-6pm)
- Currently pursuing a degree in [related field – e.g., Film Production, Business Administration, Communications, etc.].
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Notion, Google Drive and Slack.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a production or office setting is a plus but not required.
