We are seeking a Drapery Specialist to join our team You will help design and style the window treatments of residential and commercial spaces. Description: Dutchmans Casual Living Stores is a growing Boutique Furniture and Interior Design company. As a casual living store we offer design services, home furnishings, accessories and most recently an in-depth Drapery Service. Dutchmans Casual Living is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Textile Drapery Specialist to join our Drapery Design Team. This role needs a creative and highly detail-oriented individual who is excellent at time management, fluent in textiles, and has a strong passion for window treatments. Our design team is highly collaborative and works in person 5 days a week through our 5 locations in North Carolina and Georgia. Responsibilities: Calculate the specifications and cost of window treatments , Able to specialize in custom-made drapery Experience in window blinds, shutters a plus Able to effectively listen to the clients needs Formulate interior designs that are aesthetically pleasing to the client Prepare mood boards and samples for client presentation Able to travel to a clients home Preferred: Previous experience in drapery/window treatment is a must A strong background in interior design and other related fields Familiarity with floor-planning programs Able to meet deadlines Detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree required in Textiles or Interior Design related field Position based in Atlanta Georgia Area.
