At least one year of tutoring or teaching experience with elementary‑level students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required; a friendly, engaging style is essential. Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet session deadlines.
