Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Position Details:
•Start Date: ASAP
•Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
•Contract Duration: Full School Year

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in CA
  • School Experience Preferred
Skills
  • Proven working experience as occupational therapist assistant (school based preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of occupational therapy
  • Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media
  • Familiarity with evaluation tools for school aged children
  • Ability to manage students with different types of personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
  • Professional behavior
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid license to practice occupational therapy in CA
