DescriptionOperate processing equipment:Filter integrity testingWatson Marlow pumpsOmnispense pumpsAutoclavesHigh throughput Bag LinePerform production operationsHandfill - prepping fill equipmentAseptic gowning and qualificationSetting up hand fill in Class 100 clean roomSetting up Watson Marlow in Class 100 clean roomSetting up Omnispense in Class 100 clean roomDisinfect Class 100 clean roomSporklenz Class 100 clean roomFilling bottlesFilling bagsDeliver products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jackClean-up equipment and working areas after production operationsCoordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation.Support all activities of Manufacturing Tech ICommunicate and document status of processes, products, and equipmentCommunicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to the attention of supervisor.Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines.Be able to execute batch records in SAP (eBR)Ensure all applicable log books have been filled out completely as required by current proceduresPerform operations in compliance with rules and in a safe, orderly manner:Follow production procedures and safety policies at all time.Use, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriatelyLabel all in-process equipment and containers properly.Take the necessary action to resolve any unsafe conditions.Participate in required safety and quality training and other related activities.Maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas.Perform In-Process assays, when trained.Setup, dispensed, and packaged technically challenging productsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDSkillsKnowledge in chemistry, mathematics and scienceSafe chemical handling methodsCommunication skills, oral and writtenComputer skillsMechanical skillsTroubleshooting skillsInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skillsEducation: High SchoolAdditional client information:
