## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in various settings.

## Duties
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Repair and troubleshoot HVAC units and components
- Perform inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

## Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Ability to build and design HVAC systems
- Proven field service experience as an HVAC technician or service technician
- Certification in HVAC/R is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
