Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst II – Parcel Location: Remote Type: Contract with potential to hire (Immediate Need) We’re seeking a Supply Chain Analyst II – Parcel to join our well-known, client's logistics team immediately. This role supports omni-channel operations by managing parcel carrier performance, analyzing transportation data, and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze carrier performance, shipment tracking, and volume trends. Manage daily relationships with parcel carriers, addressing missed pickups, delays, and exceptions. Partner with distribution center and retail teams to ensure proper equipment and carrier execution. Maintain accurate tracking feeds and KPI dashboards, identifying trends and performance gaps. Provide timely updates and insights to management, especially during peak seasons. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Qualifications 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience (parcel, omni-channel, demand planning, or distribution preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or Sigma. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Top Must-Haves Data analysis & problem-solving. Experience with Sigma and Tableau required.
