We are looking for a talented and experienced Director, Analytics to join and lead our growing team. The Director, Analytics will own measurement strategies for MedThink clients and lead a team of analysts executing on those strategies. This position reports to the VP, Insights & Connections and will be responsible for senior cross-department collaboration with digital strategists, media strategists, medical strategists, and others. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deriving data-driven insights across a wide range of initiatives including primary quantitative and qualitative research methods, syndicated research databases, and digital and media analytics. You will be able to develop measurement frameworks that align overall business objectives, strategies for achieving those objectives, and tactics used to execute on those strategies into a cohesive whole. You will also be able to navigate environments with inherent uncertainty and complexity, while nurturing ideas to become fully realized solutions. You will work on a variety of different projects targeted at helping support client initiatives via measurement strategy solutions, maintaining and improving existing processes and project types, and driving innovation. You’ll play a meaningful role in crafting how our company approaches analytics, as well as mentoring a growing team of analysts. You will manage a team of analysts executing on ongoing analytics projects for our promotional clients, as well as identify and drive new opportunities for expanding the use of analytics in medical affairs. Experience developing key insights to provide strategic approaches and recommendations for brand planning and new business opportunities is ideal. Additional responsibilities include educating and consulting clients from a measurement strategy best practices standpoint. This position will also work closely with MedThink decision makers, other department heads, and additional stakeholders to ensure internal projects and initiatives are completed up to analytics standards & best practices. Position Responsibilities Manage and grow a team of analytics professionals Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to align on business goals and strategies Mentor and coach analysts on technical skills and professional development Foster an agency culture focused on discovering business insights and recommendations Understand our client’s business, strategies, and objectives to develop measurement models to gauge effectiveness against those objectives Work with internal and external teams to effectively measure tactics in multichannel/omnichannel ecosystem and understand how all the pieces work together Make recommendations for optimizations to improve website/digital/media initiative performance via clickstream and VOC data Help drive innovation in analytics methodologies, tools, and applications Oversee the creation of analytics reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Tableau Provide oversight for tracking installations via tag management solutions Consistently manage analytics data collection process and quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise Present analytics findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and compelling way Educate and consult clients from a measurement strategy best practices standpoint Create competitive intelligence reports as needed Define data sources, metrics, dimensions, and dashboards to facilitate inquiry, analysis, and reporting; Ensure data hygiene and data integration across all sources Talent & Knack 6+ years of strategic insights and analytics experience Analytical thinker, with a quantitative orientation, and an excellent problem solver who can uncover the ‘why’ and the ‘so what’ Strong mathematical/statistical knowledge required Experience in pharmaceutical industry Experience in implementing analytics installations via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Experience using survey design software such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey Experience developing and deploying surveys, with knowledge of survey design principles and methodologies Proficiency in creating in-depth and insightful analytics reports Experience implementing, measuring, and optimizing the success of multichannel/omnichannel campaigns Passionate about innovation Fingerprint Group provides equal employment [and affirmative action] opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
