We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our team at Just Kids Pediatrics in the OKC Metro area. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing superior customer service and care to all patients
  • Assisting healthcare providers with exams, procedures, and administrative tasks
  • Taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with medical procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
  • Ensuring a clean and organized environment, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment
  • Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and communicating with patients and families

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a medical assisting program or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification a plus
