We are seeking three experienced Senior Data Scientists to join a newly formed Measurement Science team. This group focuses on measuring causality and incrementality across digital products such as eCommerce platforms, mobile apps, and sales enablement tools. The mission is to apply causal inference, experimentation, and attribution modeling to quantify how digital initiatives drive revenue, engagement, and customer impact. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate digital initiatives. Build and apply causal inference and multi-touch attribution models. Analyze clickstream and behavioral data from digital platforms. Conduct analyses on incrementality, customer lifetime value, and churn/survival rates. Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret insights and inform strategic decisions. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable measurement frameworks. Must-Have Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in measurement, attribution, or applied data science. Advanced proficiency in R (preferred) or Python for statistical modeling and experimentation. Hands‑on experience with Databricks and/or Redshift. Strong background in causal inference, A/B testing, and statistical modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, or Data Science. Experience applying measurement science in consumer-facing, CPG, retail, or eCommerce industries. Familiarity with cloud environments and scalable experimentation frameworks. Background in digital marketing science, product experimentation, or econometrics. Ideal Candidate Hands‑on and research‑driven — not purely theoretical. Experienced in large‑scale, enterprise data environments. Self‑starter with a strong analytical mindset and business acumen. Effective communicator who can simplify complex insights for diverse audiences.
