This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a growth-oriented and challenging position within a collaborative team.Work remote flexibilityWork with patent and trademark attorneys and Paralegals.Patent & PCT FilingsPrepare U.S. and PCT filing papers (Declarations, Assignments, Powers of Attorney, etc.).Draft and file U.S. prosecution documents (Responses to Missing Parts/Corrected Papers, Office Action responses, Petitions, Issue Fee filings, and related USPTO forms).Prepare PCT follow-on documents (Responses to Invitations, PCT POAs, Notifications of Recording of Change, and related communications).Foreign Filings & CorrespondenceDraft instructions to foreign associates for national phase filings and completion of formality requirements.Prepare U.S. and foreign filing estimates and advance invoices.Review and process incoming paper and electronic correspondence.Coordinate with vendors for formal drawings and document legalization.Trademark SupportProvide backup support for trademark filings, including USPTO applications and correspondence updates.Annuity ManagementCross-train to process U.S. and foreign annuity and maintenance fee payments through a third-party vendor.Communicate with foreign associates regarding annuity inquiries.Maintain an accurate annuity docket, including items in extension periods.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness of docket entries.Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the IP Manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.1-6 years of docketing experience.Knowledge of U.S. and PCT patent filing procedures (USPTO and WIPO).Hands-on USPTO electronic filing experience.Familiarity with foreign filing and national phase entry requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
