Job overview Omada Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Marketing, Client Reporting to lead the strategy for how we tell our most critical stories: the outcomes we drive for our members, and the value we deliver to our customers. This leader will craft a best-in-class data storytelling framework that aligns the post-sale member outcomes narrative with the promise we make during the sales process. This role will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and partner deeply across Product, Clinical, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams to elevate Omada’s market differentiation through consistent, personalized, and insight-rich customer reporting. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Client Analytics teams to synthesize data from our largest customers and across our book of business. This includes helping shape compelling, individualized narratives for large customers as well as establishing standardized, scalable storytelling frameworks that apply across our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for storytelling with a strong foundation in data, and who wants to define how healthcare outcomes are communicated at scale. About you 10+ years experience in product marketing or related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B healthcare or SaaS audiences. 5+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. Preferred experience in health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting frameworks, and business storytelling. Experience collaborating closely with analytics, product, and customer success teams. Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling, and executive-ready insights. Skilled at identifying patterns in large datasets and turning insights into action. Experience presenting data-driven stories to customers. Proven ability to drive alignment across product, clinical and commercial teams. Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional influence and strategic planning. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in high growth environments, working at scale. As the Director Product Marketing, Client Reporting you’ve got an exciting job to lead the following critical efforts: Customer Narrative Strategy Lead the development of a consistent, scalable narrative for how we report on member engagement and outcomes post-sale across employer and payer client populations. Ensure alignment between pre-sale value propositions and post-sale reporting deliverables (e.g., QBRs). Market research and analysis to define and create storytelling standards that help differentiate Omada in the market. Partner with the Customer Experience and Client Analytics teams to apply narratives at both the individual customer level and across standardized reporting frameworks. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with the Client Analytics team to understand and shape the outputs of customer data reports. Partner with the Client Analytics team to surface insights at both the large customer and population levels. Work with the Product team to inform the roadmap for reporting tools and experiences. Insight Generation & Personalization Help build internal processes and tools that support scalable insight creation. Translate population-level engagement and outcome data into tailored stories for large customers. Synthesize trends across our book of business to develop market-level narratives. Thought Leadership & Differentiation Serve as a subject matter expert on Omada’s outcomes reporting approach. Partner with Thought Leadership and Commercial teams to develop content that showcases Omada’s results. Drive strategic input into product packaging and positioning based on outcomes performance. Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $193,200 - $241,500*Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $184,800 - $231,000*.Other states may vary.
