**Job Description**
Job Title Cook Assistant (Twisted Taco) Location Fargo ***Join NDSU Dining and help feed the herd*** *Located in the heart of NDSUs campus, enjoy state-of-the art facilities and a fun, lively environment. Our cook assistants help create the culinary experience by preparing and serving food for NDSU students, faculty, staff and guests. In addition, this position will assure food safety protocols are met in the food production and service areas, as well as maintaining equipment used at workstations. In this position, youre guaranteed 40 hours per week with 8 paid holidays, plus paid vacation and sick time. NDSU provides unbeatable benefits, including family health insurance (100% of premium paid), tuition discounts for yourself and family, and retirement contribution up to 12.26%.*
**Work Schedule:** Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Semester break hours will be slightly different
**Advertised Salary: $14.50+/hour**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum 1 year experience in a food service operation
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Cooking experience
