Location Oxford, Mississippi or Remote Definition This role reports to the President and is responsible for creating and executing the overall marketing strategy to achieve business goals and promote brand awareness. Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts across various channels, collaborating with other departments, and analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable insights. The role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to stay informed about industry trends. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Team Leadership: manage, motivate, and develop the Senior Coordinator Office Administration/Marketing Support role, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet goals. Budget Management: oversee the development and allocation of the marketing budget. Market Analysis: conduct market research and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and inform marketing decisions. Campaign Execution: oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Brand Management: develop and maintain the corporate brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Performance Monitoring: track key performance indicators, monitor results, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure a cohesive strategy and message. Stakeholder Relations: build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. Essential Skills Strategic Thinking: the ability to translate long-term business goals into practical, actionable marketing plans. Leadership & Communication: strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with executives and present ideas effectively. Digital Marketing Expertise: proficiency in modern marketing tactics, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation. Data Analysis: the ability to understand and interpret data from market research and campaign results to derive actionable insights. Creativity & Innovation: the capacity to develop new and innovative ways to reach consumers and promote products and services. Adaptability: the flexibility to adjust strategies and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment. Qualifications & Experience Significant work experience in marketing plus several years in a management or leadership role. A BA in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
