Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Research Scientist (Bioanalytical) for our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, NV. This position involves conducting assigned nonclinical and clinical bioanalytical studies of all levels of complexity, including study management, interpretation and reporting of study data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include serving as the primary scientific contact for key clients and providing on‑site support for their programs, as well as supporting specialty studies. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent in a scientific related discipline. Related Master's degree (M.S./M.A.) or PhD preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in the contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Understanding of regulatory requirements of study types assigned, as well as Testing Facility SOPs and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), as appropriate. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines. Proficiency in the use of standard software including Microsoft® Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc and with standard laboratory calculations. Experience with design and optimization of ligand binding assays including ELISA, MSD, or Gyrolab platforms. Compensation The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000 annually USD. Salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and.
