We’re looking for a Senior Tax Manager who’s passionate about delivering exceptional tax work and enjoys taking on broader accounting projects during the off-season to stay engaged and keep making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy services for clients. Lead and mentor the tax team, providing technical expertise and guidance on complex tax matters. Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. Review and approve tax filings, returns, and other compliance-related documents for individuals, businesses, and partnerships. Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and changes, ensuring the firm’s tax practices remain compliant and forward-thinking. Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding services with existing clients. Collaborate closely with other senior leadership on firm-wide strategies and client service initiatives. Collaborate with the accounting team during the off-season to support financial reporting, process improvements, and special projects that strengthen overall firm operations. What We’re Looking For CPA license is required 5+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm. Expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax filings. Proven experience managing complex tax strategies and multiple clients. Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
