p>Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Urologist with a focus on Female Urology and Pelvic Floor Reconstruction to provide comprehensive Urology services in the heart of Sonoma County. In this role, you will have excellent support from a full complement of medical and surgical specialists, including Interventional Radiology.   • Full-time position joining three other Urologists
  • Develop your own Urodynamics laboratory, with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to assist you
  • OR time at both the main hospital and surgery center
  • Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a Level II Trauma center and the region's referral center for Urology
  • DaVinci Xi robot and fully equipped OR to manage complex stones and complex endourologic problems
  • In-house holmium laser
  • Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time

  • Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $417,402 and $597,150 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. li>
