We are looking to grow our sales team We seek individuals with outstanding personalities to join the team and help us grow our expanding dealership. We promote from within and there is plenty of opportunity for advancement.Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-personHandle all incoming internet sales inquiries in a timely, professional mannerBuild strong rapport with customersMaintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat businessAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchaseLearn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standardsProspect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customersAttend product and sales training as requested by Sales ManagerRealize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customersMaintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfactionMaintain a high CSI scoreQualifications:A minimum of 2 year's sales experience is requiredOutgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiatingPossess superior customer-focused communication skillsMust have a clean & valid driver's license, along with reliable transportationWe offer a competitive package - salary and benefits - including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and pet insurance, optional disability coverage, paid holidays and vacation time, and a 401K plan.Come join us - be part of an amazing culture that's transforming the way customers feel about buying or leasing their next vehicle.
