We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible to meet your career goals.Your Role:As a Dermatologist at Tryon, you\'ll play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of skin, hair, and nail conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across specialties to ensure comprehensive, quality care for every patient.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat skin disorders, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and morePerform skin screenings, biopsies, and minor dermatologic proceduresPrescribe appropriate treatments, including medications and topical therapiesEducate patients on preventive skincare and ongoing treatment plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system (Athena)Refer to other specialists as neededStay informed on the latest dermatological advancements and best practicesQualifications:Board Certified in DermatologyMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolActive North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain)Completion of a dermatology residency program (minimum 4 years)Proficient with dermatologic instruments and proceduresExcellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skillsComfortable using electronic medical records (EMR); experience with Athena a plusWhat We Offer:Up to 6 weeks of paid time off annually (prorated for part-time roles), plus 7 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life, short- and long-term disability, and AD&D insurancePet insurance optionsFinancial wellness resources, including BrightDime coaching and tools401(k) with profit sharingFree primary care services for benefit-eligible employees and eligible dependents (including adult children over 18)Become part of a practice that puts people first—patients and team members alike.
