Hours: Average of 40 hours per week, on‑site. Shifts: Four 10‑hour shifts – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (10:30 am – 9:00 pm). Hourly Rate: $30–$37 (negotiable based on credentials). Position Overview: A day in the life of a Healthcare Services Prevention Professional (HSPP) includes using clinical knowledge and training to provide program services on‑site at client locations. The HSPP is part of the Health Center Injury Prevention & Safe Patient Handling (HCIP/SPHM) team, focusing on consultative injury prevention services and overall well‑being of working athletes. Support implementation of HCIP/SPHM strategies and employee safety programs for clients. Deliver injury prevention program services using the Briotix Health PRO SYSTEMS, provide early discomfort management, job coaching, and conduct general workplace safety assessments. Facilitate onsite ergonomic assessments and provide ergonomic training via the Briotix Health ergonomics program. Conduct workplace safety assessments and rounding to healthcare system department areas to identify hazards requiring escalation and corrective action. Implement all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program. Create and maintain positive relationships. Support all required documentation to ensure client organizational compliance of HCIP/SPHM programs. Qualifications: Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or related field. Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing in each state of service. Current CPR Certification (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer, BLS Healthcare Provider, or equivalent). Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Ergonomic Certification or training preferred. 1–2 years of experience in industrial or office ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, functional employment testing, or job task analysis preferred. Must meet physical demands: lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, squatting. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
