Assembler Job Summary:

  • 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Pays $16/hr-$17/hr
  • Temp to HIRE
Assembler Duties:
  • Assemble individual electro-mechanical components as required
  • Manual holding, or control of components required during operation.
  • Work also may be washed in solution, pressure tested or repaired by hand.
  • Work from drawings, blueprints, sketches, verbal or written instruction, work orders, process sheets.
  • Execute material handling procedures for work order processing and inventory floor stock maintenance.
  • Prepare finished work for shipment or storage as instructed or required
  • Perform alignment or adjustments. Manually using various type special hand tools, if required, until exacting specifications are realized.
  • Report defective materials, scrap, production problems, or any other unusual condition or circumstance to supervisor immediately.
Assembler Qualifications:
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to life 20-50lbs occasionally and up to 10lbs consistently
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day
  • Use hand and air tools and measuring equipment
