We’re proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to serve as a conduit between Marketing and Sales, ensuring both teams are aligned on priorities, campaign strategy and customer engagement initiatives to drive demand for CDW solutions and services.What You Will DoIdentify Sales priorities through consistent, real-time, and opportunistic engagements, while driving Marketing awareness and presenceInform the strategic planning of Marketing campaigns by identifying campaign targets and aligning messaging with segment priorities and market opportunityWork in partnership with Event Strategy to deliver pipeline-generating regional CDW proprietary event experiences to drive local presence in key marketsPlan and execute account based marketing campaigns to drive accelerated growth within CDW’s largest and most complex accountsDeliver actionable customer insights to drive Marketing campaign relevancy and seller effectivenessFacilitate regular QBRs with Sales leadership to drive alignment, provide deeper insight into Marketing’s investment and support of the business, identify handoffs between teams and capture future opportunities to improve overall business partnership efficacyCurate, create and align associated seller enablement tools and strategiesSupport the professional development of team members through coaching, feedback, goal setting and performance managementWhat We Expect Of YouBachelor's degree and 5 years of Sales and/or B2B Marketing experience or 9+ years of Sales and/or B2B Marketing experienceOne+ year of managerial experienceDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver high quality marketing programs and strategies to support business needsStrong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsCreative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving impact and innovationExperience activating campaigns through field events that drive pipeline and local presenceProven project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and campaign management tools preferredAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed to CDW locations, meetings, events and/or client sitesPay range: $102,000 - $154,200 depending on experience and skill setAnnual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of planBenefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentialsCDW is an equal opportunity employer.
