This is a hybrid work opportunity.ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural efforts in the field of AI, including developing new platforms, algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing business knowledge and dataUnite with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of AIStay up to date with the latest research and trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AIArchitect solutions and work with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful realization of goalsDevelop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of emerging technologiesCollaborate with other technology groups, including architects, engineering teams, and designers, to act as an emerging technology thought leaderAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environmentQualificationsMinimum eight years of recent architectural experience on SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence and enterprise‑grade platformsPreferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityProven experience in bringing AI platforms/solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact, practical experience with Python, Azure AI, Google AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platformsProven experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and Google, using native cloud capabilitiesStrong leadership skills, experience managing and working with cross‑functional teams of developers and engineers; practical experience developing applications with AI technologies; digital skills, fast learner on emerging technology and new ways of working; ability to understand the long‑term (“big picture”) and short‑term perspectives of situations and apply multiple AI solutions to business problemsExcellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills; ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster high‑performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in architectural resource planning and influence organizational prioritiesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H‑1B, L‑1, TN, O‑1, E‑3, H‑1B1, F‑1, J‑1, OPT, CPT or any other employment‑based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
