Low-Code Platform Implementation Consultant We are seeking a Low-Code Platform Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on requirements gathering, business process analysis, platform configuration, and end-to-end implementation of low-code solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands‑on experience configuring low-code systems and delivering successful projects for government or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints. Conduct detailed assessments of workflows and business processes to determine optimal implementation strategies. Translate business goals into practical, scalable, and creative solutions, even within constrained SaaS or low-code environments. Platform Configuration & Implementation Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client goals. Convert client needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, ensuring proper documentation in Agile environments. Leverage experience with low-code platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Entellitrak, or Tyler Application Platform to design effective solutions. Configure low-code components, workflows, data models, and user interfaces to meet client requirements. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, low-code development, or IT project delivery, preferably in government or regulatory environments. Demonstrated experience implementing solutions on platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Entellitrak, or Tyler Technologies. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and data structures in regulatory or public sector domains. Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach users and drive adoption. Ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies and configure solutions based on requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning. Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-changing priorities. Preferred Skills Experience supporting or implementing regulatory programs, public safety systems, or case management solutions. Familiarity with AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, or process‑intelligence tools. Technical experience with SQL, reporting tools, integrations, or workflow automation.
