Recognizing the need for top quality physicians, TPMG is currently seeking excellent full time, BC/BE Hospital Based Medicine - Nocturnist to join our Medical Center in Fresno in the Central Valley, California. 

Night time shifts are mix of 7pm-7am and 7pm-6am.

No hospital cross over until after 12am.  

No ICU Cross over but some occasional admissions to ICU if indicated.

FULL TIME shift includes 13-15 total shifts a month.

H1B opportunities may be available based on geographic preference.  

Full-time annual salary range is $305,040 to $311,160 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,180*.

Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.

*Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
